CNE0075 - Infection Control: A Training Program for Healthcare Professionals (2)This training program is primarily designed for use by physicians, nurses, physician assistants, specialist assistants and other healthcare professionals to enable them to fulfill the requirements for training in infection control mandated by the State of New York in Chapter 786 of the Laws of 1992. The passage of these laws has its origins in policy established by the Department of Health concerning healthcare workers infected with HIV or hepatitis B, and regulations established by the Board of Regents and the Department of Health concerning professional conduct with regard to appropriate infection control techniques in healthcare practice.
