Deficit Reduction Act: False Claims & Employee Protections Courseware

The Medicaid Integrity Program (MIP) was created by the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 to combat Medicaid fraud and abuse. The MIP provides significant funding for a "comprehensive and systematic approach" to combat Medicaid fraud.
