Here are examples of two exercises. In the first exercise,
the user views a scenario and is asked to rate the seriousness
of a violation by setting the
dial on the screen.
In the second exercise, the user is asked to de-identify a patient record by
selecting each piece of patient identifiable information with the mouse.
