| Conflicts of Interest – Management and Reporting of Disclosures |

Organizations are struggling to meet government requirements relating to mandatory COI disclosures. The webinar will discuss how “Conflicts of Interest in Health Care” has emerged as a “hot-button” issue for Congress and the media.
We will provide a demonstration of COI-SMART, a new, comprehensive, on-line tool for providing disclosure questionnaires to staff and physicians, forwarding disclosures to reviewers based on departments and roles, and for managing the conflicts that are identified through this process. The tool is also designed to gather information which must be reported on the new IRS form 990.
