Why aren't the HCCS videos playing on my browser?
Internet Explorer (4.0 or higher):
 
In order to play videos over the Internet, your Internet Explorer settings should be set as follows.
 
1.  On the top of your Internet Explorer click on tools.

2.  Choose Internet options from the drop down menu 

3.  The internet options box should be showing



4.  Make sure, the Internet Security level bar is set to Medium, then Click on Apply.  To exit the screen Click on OK.

5. If your Internet Explorer Security level is set to "Custom", click on "Custom Level".


6.  A Custom box will appear on your screen
Scroll down the Custom box until you see "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins".

7.  Make sure that "Enable" is chosen, Then press OK.
